MLM Downline – Know The Prospecting Numbers to Explode Your Downline

Filed under: Find Job — Agloco Downline Builder at 2:39 pm on Saturday, September 5, 2009
When dialing cold leads there is a critical mistake people tend to make over the phone. They don’t show sincere enthusiasm when dealing with prospects. Lots of prospects like to converse a little and I find that people love talking about themselves. I feel this is an advantage on your behalf because it helps build rapport when growing your mlm downline.

In prospecting you do want to dial as quickly as you can and not leave messages and try to be a seamless as you can to save time, however when you actually get an interested prospect the game changes. If a person doesn’t show any interest in your product and they want to hold a conversation with you for whatever reason you need to politely cut them loose and get back to business as quick as possible.

Here are some tips you should follow when dialing cold leads to grow your mlm downline and I promise if you follow these steps you will be successful. Dial at least 2 hours per day at least 5 days per week. If you decide to dial longer than 2 hours take a small break after each 2 hour period. Dial at least 200 leads per day which equals to about 40 dials per hour if you’re dialing 2 hours.

If you want a chance at growing your business you should get at least 5 confirmed invites to a presentation call per day. DO NOT 3 way anyone to a presentation call. The more convenient you make it for someone the less likely you’ll have a closing and it’s just a waste of your time and it sounds ironic. If you’re hosting your own live presentation which you should do at a later date, you can’t 3 way calls.

Most presentation calls require prospects to dial a long distance number and don’t offer toll free. If a prospect starts complaining about dialing a long distance number they’re not worth your time. If they can’t afford a long distance call they can’t afford to pay to enroll into your mlm downline. I know it sounds harsh but this is business.

Let the phone ring 4 times then move on. Never leave messages. Stay motivated while dialing. Stay energetic. Have the radio playing in the background. Trust me, you will grow your mlm downline quickly so stick to it! Building Any MLM Downline Quickly

Filed under: Business — Agloco Downline Builder at 9:52 pm on Sunday, August 30, 2009
MLM program success requires that you build a large “downline” of highly motivated, excited representatives willing to work on a steady and consistent basis to build the team even further. You also need to keep the momentum running through continuous and speedy expansion. Speed creates excitement and a winning feeling among team members.

When you are first starting out, keep in mind that the speed of the leader is the speed of the gang. As fast as you build will be as fast as your team members build. One of the major reasons that people fail is lack of profit from legitimate network marketing opportunities. This lack of profit is directly in correlation to downline building. Creating wealth, motivation and success comes from the sense that this opportunity is a real winner. As a downline grows, more and more people work because they believe they can achieve the same success as the leader.

With that said, what is the fastest way to build a prosperous and happy downline.

One of the most effective and super-fast methods utilized today is working via the Internet to generate warm, interested leads. You can combine online, direct-marketing tactics with any MLM program. Setting up an inviting and professional website combined with a landing/squeeze page to generate leads and a god email capture program is about all you need to successfully generate an unending supply of interested leads.

Sounds too good to be true, right? Take a look at the core concept and the steps involved to see how easy it is to implement this system.

Core Concept #1: Online Recruitment Is Faster & Easier

Back in the dark ages of multi-level-marketing, you know, before the World Wide Web, representatives needed to do a lot of footwork offline. Selling products, getting leads and recruiting new reps to build a downline entailed a great deal of grunt work, talking and convincing family members and friends that it was a great opportunity to try out. There were seminars, lots of face-to-face, one on one, one on two meetings where experts in the industry came in to close the deal.

Sales and Lead Generation Was Hard Work!

With the blossoming of the Internet, virtual recruiting has gradually replaced all that back and forth. People, who might be interested in joining a particular business opportunity only needed to look online at a video, listen to an audio and then find the site and sign up. Or, there might be an intervening “squeeze page” where their information like an email address, first name and telephone number was acquired in exchange for the information. This allows live human beings to follow up later to close the deal. All that pounding of the pavement and attending meetings was eliminated.

Converting people into paying representatives became that much easier. It also became easier to convince people because they saw the ease at which the process worked. It became doable. They no longer needed to sacrifice hours of their time to make a living.

The steps to setting up a promotion and sales funnel for any MLM program is extremely easy.

1. Get a website and set up a lead capture/squeeze page to get leads.

2. Use various advertising and natural search methods to send traffic to that page.

3. Take the leads and follow up via auto responder immediately and later by email or phone for truly interested prospects.

4. Track your conversions. Create a separate mailing list for people who have joined your team. Ask them to opt-in, so that it’s SPAM-proof.

5. Rinse and repeat.

That’s it. The five steps above are at the core of the method for building a happy, prosperous, ever expanding downline in a really fast manner.

In order to do this effectively and efficiently, there will be a learning curve as certain online skills are acquired. The outcome and results, you will discover quickly, will far outweigh a self-education you need to undergo. This article only brushes the surface of the Internet marketing boom and how you can take advantage of it to build a thriving MLM business.

Growing your downline can be a difficult thing to do sometimes. Especially when you’re not getting the right marketing training. So, what I’m going to do is share with you some MLM marketing training tips. That way, you’ll know how to grow your downline with proven marketing techniques.

The MLM marketing training tips are:

1. The first thing you should do to grow your downline is find the right people. This means finding people who have an interest in the benefits that your products or opportunity offers. I’ll give you a quick example of what I mean. Let’s say you marketing a weight loss product.

Well, the right people would be someone who’s looking for a benefit that your product offers. The right person could be a mom who is looking to get back in shape or it could be someone who wants to get their body looking good for the summer.

3 Reasons Why you Fail to Recruit As you Market your Mlm Opportunity

Filed under: Business Opportunities — Agloco Downline Builder at 1:37 pm on Thursday, August 27, 2009
Fact: “90% of network marketers fail within their first 3 to 5 months”.

Why is the attrition rate so high in Network Marketing? What can be done about it to curtail this detrimental factor in an organizational downline?

If I were to pick a single reason why most people fail to recruit, retain, and have a guaranteed MLM downline is because you are taught to present your products and/or services in terms of how much money your potential prospect could make, you’re taught to sell the opportunity instead.

Have you tried to entice a family member or a friend to look at your MLM company based on how much money he or she can make? When you do that, the obvious and natural question comes up:

Well, how much money are you making with that business?

At that point you have three choices:

1. Lie flat out to your prospect about how much you are making

2. Tell them the truth or

3. Tell them about your upline leader who is making the big bucks

I will never advise anyone to lie to a prospect to get them into your MLM dowline simply because that lie will surface early on. Once that person realizes that you misrepresented yourself, that’s it, your credibility goes out of the window and to regain it back is extremely difficult, in many cases, it’s just impossible.

If you tell them the truth, they would be left wondering…Well, if this business is as good as you say it is, why are you not making those big bucks yourself? How credible your business could be if you yourself are not making it? You can dodge the question, but your prospect will see right through.

The third case is even more damaging to your image because the minute you edify your upline leader as the person who is making all the money, you become a gopher, someone’s running boy in other words.

You become someone who is bringing his/her warm market prospects so that this upline leader grows his/her network marketing downline even larger. I am sure you didn’t sign up as an Independent Representative to wind up as someone’s gopher, growing someone else’s organization.

The sad part of leading with the opportunity to recruit someone into your business is that it gives you a false sense of hope, meaning that even if you manage to get that prospect into your marketing downline, the minute he realizes the money does NOT materialize immediately, he will quit the business, leaving you with that feeling of frustration, disappointment, and often times with thousands of business dollars totally wasted.

The real issue is…how can you recruit AND retain people in your MLM downline, right?

Answer: By leading with your products and/or with your services.

Sell the merits of those products to the consumers just like any other company that bases its business on the benefits of those products.

If you’re selling health and nutrition products for example, identify your market, your customers, and target that sector of the market place with your marketing campaign.

Treat the opportunity as a benefit of consuming those products. You need to get a person to become a lover of your products first and foremost and then out of that love, that affinity to the product you can get a new distributor.

When you lead with the merits of your products and/or services that shift does two things for you:

1. It ensures your residual income, because now you have a customer, based on his/her affinity to the products/services.

2. Your retention rate goes through the roof because you first build the loyalty by providing a good service/product.

That person does not join in just driven by greed like most opportunity seekers. This is how you can increase your retention rate by 40%, 60% and even as high as 80%.

Remember that your compensation is based on how much of those products or services your customers and MLM downline members consume. It does not depend on how many people you recruit, it’s all about customers. It simply depends on the consumption of your products or services.

Bottom line:

If nobody is consuming the products or services, then nobody gets paid a dime in your network marketing business.

Introduce the merits of your products and your services first to a hungry consumer market, as opposed to seek out greedy opportunity seekers wanting to make a quick buck.

One strategy is based on sound marketing principles while the other one is based on greed, hype, and pure emotional nonsense.

MLM Leads Equal MLM Downline

Filed under: Home Business — Agloco Downline Builder at 10:59 pm on Wednesday, August 26, 2009
Isn’t it funny how we think we are doing heaps and getting results and then we find out that other people are doing 10 times the work and getting 50 times the results. Here is a little insight on the practice of “Massive Action”

Massive Action, this is massive action:

Calling no less than 100 pre-qualified leads every day. That’s about 3000 calls per month. Massive action of this nature is conducted daily by many people. Let me tell you how it’s done.

It’s not done with cold calls from the phone book it’s done with 3000 people who have pre-qualified themselves as being interested in MLM.

These people have a set of hoops that they put the prospects through. Hoops that start big and get smaller and smaller. They may be sent to an 800 pre-recorded phone number. This is typically a two or three minute recording that gives them another phone number to ring or access to Fax On Demand, a website or have them leave their phone number to be contacted.

When you are calling a minimum of 100 prospects a day you don’t have time to feel down, you’re pumped right up and will find yourself in “The Zone”. When you’re in “The Zone” you’re excited and it comes through on the call which gets the prospect excited.

This method is excellent for answering machines, voice systems etc. As people are screening their calls more and more with these systems you need an exciting tone to your voice. The heavy hitters using this type of massive action wear head sets and pace the room as they make these calls. They prefer voice systems to live people; it’s quicker as they can let their system do its work. They know how to work this way, they do it everyday and more importantly they get huge results.

Massive Action = Massive Results.

These kinds of people rarely have time to train people. Most don’t. Why? Because they don’t have to. They let the company train their new members on turning leads into members.

One guy I knew in Japan, looked good, spoke fast, his cell phone was always ringing. He was continually scribbling appointments in his diary but he couldn’t speak Japanese past a couple of greetings. He was here to make his fortune, but had a language barrier. To get over this he found English speaking Japanese first. He was here for about 2 years. The whole time he was here he recruited using massive action. He started off by handing out fliers at a busy station everyday. 1000 flyers everyday, day in, day out.

When he got enough money he paid someone else to do it. He got his people doing the same. To tell you the truth I used to think badly of him. I constantly found myself advising HIS members on the products, follow up etc… He’d just recruit them, get them to a certain level that week and go to the next and the next and the next. What was his result after two years? He was then earning more than $250,000 a month. He knew that the company and others would train these people. He didn’t have to spend time building friendships. He worked it like a business. After all, that’s what MLM is. I value friendships but that’s not the subject here.

Massive Action = Massive Results

Most of the time it’s not what you say but how you say it and there is no doubt that excitement and a sense of urgency sells. There is no fence for the prospects to sit on as the pros don’t give them one.

They ask “Are you in or out?”

They’d sooner a quick NO than a long yes.

The best part about this kind of massive action is that anyone can do it once they have the system in place. They call the warm prospect, engage them, refer them to the system and let the system do the sorting. It’s all automated. Large hoop, Medium hoop, small hoop. When the hordes have gone through the only thing that pops out the small hoop is people wanting to sign up.

Can you see it: You’ve got the head set on and you’re pacing the room calling 100 people, you don’t care if they say NO, you’ve got people waiting. You know if you call 100 people that a certain amount will join your business. Times that by 30 days and by 12 months and you are in the big league big time.

Teach this to your team and you can retire for life. Isn’t that what you want ! They milk the system and let the cream rise to the top. This is serious MLM. How serious? As serious as a heart attack. :-)

I guess you’re saying “3000 leads a month that must cost a lot?” but does it? There are many lead sources available, some great, some very bad. My company supplies us with premium leads at a cost of four (4) cents a lead. The only question is how many do you want. How many can you afford? Can you afford not to buy leads?

I know that a lot of you look for quality of people and not quantity. Systems such as the above breed natural leaders, the cream that rises to the top. Whether you feel that this system is good or bad is neither here nor there. Results are everything. Once you have the results you can adapt your methods to a more personal level, have fun and be extremely relaxed. But first you have to build the foundations of your empire. Read on:

An Introduction To MLM Downline Builders

Filed under: Home Business — Agloco Downline Builder at 5:16 am on Wednesday, August 26, 2009
Downline builders are the newest craze in the MLM arena. It is a website where you join one or more MLM related programs and then have the opportunity to get a replicated website with your id’s attached. These programs are hugely popular right now. The largest one has around 80,000 members and has only been in existence about 8 months. The site has been hugely profitable for both the website owners and the team members.

Here are some advantages to using a downline builder as opposed to promoting your MLM company’s corporate replicated website.

The first advantage of a using a downline building system is it can be easily duplicated with your team. A big issue with building MLM over the internet is duplication. The more that you have s system that newbies can quickly plug into, the more successful you will be. People generally will not work for long periods of time without making a check. The quicker you can plug your prospect into the system, the more likely they will stick with the program.

The next advantage of joining a downline builder is you can easily train your team with ease. Many downline building programs have an exclusive back office with conference calls pre recorded and trainings online that can be accessed 24/7. This is much better than having your frustrated downline member trying to find you at 3 am because they have a question. Their answer is right there in the training area.

The next advantage of participating in downline building programs is you can promote multiple programs within it. If you are just promoting your corporate website, you just have one opportunity to make money. With a downline builder, you often have 5 or more ways to make money. They key to success in MLM is getting as much revenue that you can per lead generated and duplication. Downline builders provide both of these advantages.

The next advantage is protection from corporate fraud. Unfortunately, in the MLM business, there are companies that are being shut down for various reasons. It just happens! Often, the reps are the very last people to find out about these things. By using a downline builder, you are protected, as the company can just be replaced in the builder and everyone can move on to the next thing with their contacts intact. This is a much smarter way to run your business.

As you can see, downline building programs are here to stay. This is one trend that should be welcomed an embraced by all in the MLM community.
