MLM Downline Builder

They call themselves a Network Marketing comany - but it seems to be an MLM company. The product seems legit. If you’re familiar with this company or the product - I’d love to hear your thoughts. Thanks!

The question is.. assuming you are profitable in a multilevel marketing business with a regular compensation plan… what creates more raw returns: one guy recruiting 15 people per month or 5 guys combined recruiting 3 people per month each? The result is the same: 15 new recruits each, but it seems logical that the individual will make more money than the other 5 combined.. doesn’t he? I am particularly interested in knowing this with the AGEL compensation plan.

And is it allowed to hire people (not involved with the MLM company) to get recruits for you?
Ok, that was NOT helpful at all… anyone else got an answser?

So, you’ve heard enough about your warm market list of 100 friends and family. You are tired of working that “3-foot rule”…you can’t even enjoy a social event anymore…all you can think about is how you are going to get a sample of your product in the hands of every person within your sight. It’s time you learned the true skills needed to succeed in network marketing, and how to develop them. You can ABSOLUTELY do this, IF you take the time to learn the network marketing strategies and methods that really work! You need to learn who your prospects really are, and how to communicate effectively with them. Knowing your target market, understanding your product and who your product appeals to is key to your network marketing business. Once you learn how to attract the right people to you and generate your own QUALITY leads, you will be on your way to building a successful network marketing business.

So now you are thinking, this is great, but where do I start? Good question…your first step is to invest in your future network marketing success by enrolling in a training course that will teach you step by step the skills needed and how to develop them. Once you learn how to use three basic tools (this is a golden nugget I am giving you!)… the phone, the internet, and the written word, you WILL have the tools you need to build YOUR network marketing business!

If you want to build a successful MLM dowline you have to be able to duplicate what your sponsor is doing. A lot of people who want to build an income in MLM analyze products and they analyze companies they might join, but they don’t really ask what is maybe the most important question: Does my sponsor have a tested, proven system that I can plug into to build my business? You need to ask your sponsor exactly what they are doing, step-by-step, to build their business. If they’ve just started, that is OK. But what is THEIR sponsor doing? You must be able to plug into a system. If there is no successful system in place, then go somewhere else, because that means you will have to develop your own reliable lead-generation system. And that makes your opportunity for success very, very small. When you analyze a system, one important aspect is … does it make sense? A system that works will serve you leads of people who are real actual targeted prospects for your business. Lots of systems just give you contact information of lots of people who have no interest whatsoever in your offer. You’re sure to fail in your own business of ANY kind if you have to become a salesperson. You want a lead generation system that gives you real warriors, people who are determined to succeed in network marketing, but who haven’t gotten there yet. That is the kind of people who will really build your business.

Life is too short to have to work with people you do not want to work with. That’s one reason people choose to build an MLM business - they want to escape from a job working with people they just don’t respect or like. Unfortunately, some people get desperate when they’re building their network marketing group, and they sign up anybody they possibly can. Your best bet is to describe the people you really want at the start and stick to them. One good yardstick when you’re talking to somebody is to ask yourself, “Is this someone I’d want to go on a 30-day cruise with?” This is a business you have chosen, and you also get to choose the people you will work closely with. Why choose someone you just don’t like? Just focus on the ones who bring fun into your life, who share your dreams and goals. It’s very satisfying to find new close friends and then to support them in achieving their lifetime goals. It’s depressing to have to talk again and again to an unmotivated person with whom you share nothing in common, and listen to them gripe about the business you love. Best practice is to set your standards firmly in your mind when you talk to people.

When you google “MLM”, you’ll quickly realize how many websites and web businesses focus on selling leads to MLMers. Huge business. Unfortunately, you can never really know for sure what you’re getting when you buy leads from someone else. If the vendor isn’t someone you know well, you have a good chance of getting worthless leads. That’s why it makes so much sense to develop your own targeted MLM leads if you possibly can. 2. Have an irresistible offer. This is another tip on how to attract business builders into your MLM downline. Your offer should make the right person want to join you. Your offer should also be able to grab the right person’s attention.

3. Have an effective marketing system for you and your downline. I’ll be honest and say that people, which includes business builders, are tired of the old techniques like 3 way upline calls and home parties. If you want serious business builders, you will need a marketing system.

Attracting people into your downline for your MLM business can be a frustrating and difficult thing to do. Especially when doing 3-way upline calls aren’t helping you. So, what I’m going to do is share with you some tips on how to attract people into your downline.

That way, you’ll be able to recruit a lot of people into your MLM business.

The tips on attracting people into your downline are:

1. The first thing you need to do in order to attract people into your MLM business is to know how to find the right people. This will make attracting people a lot easier. When you know who the right people are, all you have to do is help them achieve their goals.

I’ll give you an example. If someone wants to lose weight and you market a weight loss product, if you can help him lose weight, you’ll be able to attract dozens of other people. This will also work if you are promoting the opportunity side of your MLM business

2. Another tip on how to attract people into your downline is to have an irresistible offer. What I mean is, let’s say you know someone who wants to lose weight. Well, if you let them know that you can help them lose a certain amount of weight in a certain amount of time guaranteed, the right person will sign up with you immediately. Or at least become very interested.

3. The third way to attract people into your MLM downline is to have an effective marketing system in place. This will allow you to attract people either based on the products or based on the opportunity. Your system should help you attract the right people to you and help you present them the irresistible offer.
