Sure for awhile, if you get in, get out fairly quickly.

MLM’s, pyramids, Ponzis all have a nasty tendency to collapse.

The product or service does not matter, just read up quite a bit on what happens as the tree grows..

Good Luck,

I asked a financial planner I really respect about Market America several years ago.

He said that the only way MLM really works is if YOU believe in the products you are promoting.

Market America seemed really well organized - but unless they or one of the other companies you mentioned have a product or products that you use and really believe in - it’s hard to make a living from MLM.

Does MLM Work?

Yes Absolutely!

Does a brick and mortar business work if it doesn’t have employees working for the company?

The thing with MLM is every person is a independent business and is responsible for hiring employees to fill up the positions.
All corporations are structured like this, there is always a CEO who is making way too much money and then you have the higher executives who are comfortable and then the people at the bottom who can barely pay their mortgage or car payment.

I beleive MLM is all about building relationships with people and teaching people how to make it. It is not about how much product you can sell or how many people you can sponsor. If you sponsor 1000 people and just leave them in the dark your business will not grow. Quality is better than quantity.

I beleive the network marketing industry is changing and people need a better model of MLM to work with. I found this website called DirectMatches which is kind of like a MySpace community.
It is a business, dating, social networking site where people can get together and share there thoughts an ideas.

They have a wonderful system where once you join you can have the chance to turn your membership into a business opportunity where you can make money simply by giving away free memberships. There is no pressure to sell or buy anything and you can stay a free member forever and network with thousands of marketers from around the world.

I beleive this is the future of MLM becuase it gives people a chance to really succeed in MLM. Most people don’t because they are just not good with talking about there business or they only try to get there friends and family involved. With this system it takes the pressure away from selling a business opportunity or worthless vitamans or cleaning products.
