How to build a downline with any MLM - from getting your first referral to growing that extended network

Has anyone applied at Pac-Western Marketing (San Jose, CA)?

For one of their entry-level positions. A naive friend of mine thinks its legitimate, but after a little google-ing, came up with nothing but five thousand job postings. I’m pretty sure this is a MLM scam. Anyone heard of them?

yes, they emailed me back wanting to do an interview in their marketing department or so, they left me a number to call
