MLM Downline Builder

How to build a downline with any MLM - from getting your first referral to growing that extended network

In MLM. What is more profitable: to be an individual or a group with one account?

The question is.. assuming you are profitable in a multilevel marketing business with a regular compensation plan… what creates more raw returns: one guy recruiting 15 people per month or 5 guys combined recruiting 3 people per month each? The result is the same: 15 new recruits each, but it seems logical that the individual will make more money than the other 5 combined.. doesn’t he? I am particularly interested in knowing this with the AGEL compensation plan.

And is it allowed to hire people (not involved with the MLM company) to get recruits for you?
Ok, that was NOT helpful at all… anyone else got an answser?

So, you’ve heard enough about your warm market list of 100 friends and family. You are tired of working that “3-foot rule”…you can’t even enjoy a social event anymore…all you can think about is how you are going to get a sample of your product in the hands of every person within your sight. Your upline has tried to convince you that your success in network marketing is simply duplicating everything they do (HINT: They won’t tell you what they REALLY do!). You have attended countless parties, handed out your business card and a FREE Sample to everyone with a pulse, called them all within a few days hoping to get a sale AND build your MLM downline, and still your network marketing business is a flop!

By now I’m sure your network marketing dreams have turned into nightmares! You’ve spent countless fruitless hours doing everything you were told to do by your upline, and are still getting pitiful results. By now, your prospects can sense your desperation, and that turns them running the other way! Why isn’t this “proven plan” working you ask? Well, you wouldn’t try to build a house with cardboard and some Elmer’s glue, would you? So why would you start a business without the proper tools and skills?

It’s time you learned the true skills needed to succeed in network marketing, and how to develop them. You can ABSOLUTELY do this, IF you take the time to learn the network marketing strategies and methods that really work! You need to learn who your prospects really are, and how to communicate effectively with them. Knowing your target market, understanding your product and who your product appeals to is key to your network marketing business. Once you learn how to attract the right people to you and generate your own QUALITY leads, you will be on your way to building a successful network marketing business.

So now you are thinking, this is great, but where do I start? Good question…your first step is to invest in your future network marketing success by enrolling in a training course that will teach you step by step the skills needed and how to develop them. Once you learn how to use three basic tools (this is a golden nugget I am giving you!)… the phone, the internet, and the written word, you WILL have the tools you need to build YOUR network marketing business!

Remember, success is earned, it is not a right!

MLM Downline? Three Big Advantages to Retailing Your Product Before Recruiting

Filed under: Home Business — Agloco Downline Builder at 2:12 am on Saturday, July 25, 2009
So you’ve joined the perfect business opportunity and now your upline tells you to go out and find as many new business builders as you can. Before you do - STOP. Recruiting a downline before you start to retail your MLM products or services can lead your business to destruction. Here are 3 BIG reasons why you should be retailing first.

Advantage 1 – Your Team Will Learn What You Know

Struggling Networkers always complain that their downline is not duplicating their efforts.

The sad truth is that most downline do duplicate exactly what their sponsor is doing.

The problem is many sponsors are not doing the right things.

So how do YOU avoid this situation?

Learn how to sell your product or service and then you can teach your downline how to do the same.

This is really what network marketing is all about. It is not really about MLM recruiting so much as it is about building a SALES team.

Advantage 2 – Less Drop Outs In Your Downline

Okay so, what does this mean?

Most people quit their MLM opportunity in just 3 months after getting started.

Why?

Because they are promised quick money and when they don’t see it by MLM recruiting, they get fed up and leave.

But what would happen, if as soon as you brought in a new business builder, you could show him/her how to earn an income in just 3-5 months?

You could do this, if you could show them how to sell the products or services that your company offers.

Advantage 3 – Its Much More Stable Than MLM Recruiting Alone

To succeed in this business you have to be able to earn an income YOUSELF.

What I mean is. You have to be able to bring in commissions from sales that YOU make.

Most Networkers, rely solely on sales their downline make for income. This is a very risky way of doing business, because you don’t have any control over what your downline does.

What if your downline leaves the business? What if they don’t buy anything that month?

But you can control what YOU do.

And if you can consistently sell your product or services to customers then you will consistently earn an income. No matter what your downline does.

So before you jump the gun and start recruiting every person you can into your business, put some serious thought and effort into simply retailing your MLM company products and services. Your network marketing business will be even more successful if you do.

MLM Downline Secrets Part 2

Filed under: Home Business — Agloco Downline Builder at 9:09 pm on Thursday, July 23, 2009
MLM articles to boost your downline. Business opportunities and lovers, we want them the most when they are leaving us. “The fear of losing something we have is greater than the fear of losing something we could have.” Part two, covers one of your biggest MLM tools, the fear of loss and how to apply it.

Of all the business opportunities I’ve been presented with, I’ve wanted them the most just after the presenter had left. On occasions the opportunity wasn’t for me or was it?

I may have felt they they just wanted to sign me up and get me off and running for them. Kind of like being shown a shovel and pointed in a very general direction of the gold diggings.

Perhaps the hardest part of working any MLM is deciding to pick up the shovel and making a start.

How can you help people make a decision to join you?

How can you get people to join once they’ve already decided not to?

How can you get prospects off the fence of indecision?

How can you turn a turn-down into a turn-up for the books? Read on:

As with any sales, every sales person gets a “YES” after a certain amount of “NO’s, When the “YES” arrives fill out the membership form but leave the sponsor part blank.

Take the newly signed application and go back to one of the people who didn’t sign up. Show them the signed application form. Tell them that you have to get the application in quickly and that if they join you’ll place that person under them. “Are you in or out?”

Assuming that they or the next person signed up, take the now two applications to the next person and offer those two members as an incentive for them to join. “I’ll put these two under you if you can join now, I have to get the applications in today. Are you in or out?”

Then take the three applications to the next person and so on. Waving those applications is probable just the right amount of justification that they need to get off the fence and join your team. If they don’t join they will lose those members and all the members they bring in.

The last few people you go to with the applications are the people you want the most. The people who can bring lots of people and or the people you would just like to help the most. You know who they are.

With this method timing is important, people won’t wait forever and you need to get the

applications in.

1. With your MLM company, how long does a new member order take to arrive at their doorstep after the application is faxed or sent in?

Let’s say it takes three (3) days.

2. Let’s say you want to use this recruiting method for four (4) days from the day you signed up that first application.

3. Add the above and you have one week.

4. Tell all your new members that their products will arrive within 10 days.

If you use this method for four days, get the applications in, then the products should be delivered to all within one week and the new members will be happy to have received their orders so early. They all thought it was going to take 10 days.

Once you have used this method successfully, keep doing it, and more importantly teach it to your new people. It makes the tough work to get the first person a whole lot sweeter

After you get the first person, go flat out, the clock is running!

Remember, “If at first you don’t succeed, avoid skydiving”.

Part three in this serious will discuss how Japanese MLMers work their business. Japan has the most MLMers per population in the world. Part three will also pull parts one and two into a higher gear. Read on:

MLM Downline - Can You Duplicate What Your Sponsor is Doing?

Filed under: Mlm — Agloco Downline Builder at 2:22 pm on Wednesday, July 22, 2009
If you want to build a successful MLM dowline you have to be able to duplicate what your sponsor is doing. A lot of people who want to build an income in MLM analyze products and they analyze companies they might join, but they don’t really ask what is maybe the most important question: Does my sponsor have a tested, proven system that I can plug into to build my business? You need to ask your sponsor exactly what they are doing, step-by-step, to build their business. If they’ve just started, that is OK. But what is THEIR sponsor doing? You must be able to plug into a system. If there is no successful system in place, then go somewhere else, because that means you will have to develop your own reliable lead-generation system. And that makes your opportunity for success very, very small. When you analyze a system, one important aspect is … does it make sense? A system that works will serve you leads of people who are real actual targeted prospects for your business. Lots of systems just give you contact information of lots of people who have no interest whatsoever in your offer. You’re sure to fail in your own business of ANY kind if you have to become a salesperson. You want a lead generation system that gives you real warriors, people who are determined to succeed in network marketing, but who haven’t gotten there yet. That is the kind of people who will really build your business.

Life is too short to have to work with people you do not want to work with. That’s one reason people choose to build an MLM business - they want to escape from a job working with people they just don’t respect or like. Unfortunately, some people get desperate when they’re building their network marketing group, and they sign up anybody they possibly can. Your best bet is to describe the people you really want at the start and stick to them. One good yardstick when you’re talking to somebody is to ask yourself, “Is this someone I’d want to go on a 30-day cruise with?” This is a business you have chosen, and you also get to choose the people you will work closely with. Why choose someone you just don’t like? Just focus on the ones who bring fun into your life, who share your dreams and goals. It’s very satisfying to find new close friends and then to support them in achieving their lifetime goals. It’s depressing to have to talk again and again to an unmotivated person with whom you share nothing in common, and listen to them gripe about the business you love. Best practice is to set your standards firmly in your mind when you talk to people.

When you google “MLM”, you’ll quickly realize how many websites and web businesses focus on selling leads to MLMers. Huge business. Unfortunately, you can never really know for sure what you’re getting when you buy leads from someone else. If the vendor isn’t someone you know well, you have a good chance of getting worthless leads. That’s why it makes so much sense to develop your own targeted MLM leads if you possibly can. The ideas above are a sample of what you get in the ebook “Success In 10 Steps.” You’ll read Michael Dlouhy’s experiences of frustration and then success in network marketing. The book is generic, so any network marketer can use it as their own personal lead-generator - definitely worth checking out.

Duplication for MLM Success

Filed under: Business Opportunities — Agloco Downline Builder at 6:54 am on Wednesday, July 22, 2009
For some time now, people admire the success of Network marketing companies like Amway and others. And for a time, multilevel marketing businesses gained a measure of success among people looking to build passive income that last.

It is sad that in the past few years, MLM has gained a a bad image that is ill-deserved. Most people look at MLM as a fake business, scams, and other undesirable elements. However, MLM is actually a good way to earn money if performed correctly.

The main reason why MLM has descended in its desirability is because too many people tried to come in and make a quick buck without really knowing what it takes to set up a good MLM downline and how to approach the business properly.

There are too many people that think that an MLM business entails making money without even working. There has been a large group of undesirable characters in the MLM business. Many try to make money by duping other people. And many other people drop out after investing in an multilevel marketing business due to frustration and lack of persistency.

These people, after investing much of their money in MLM’s, think they can relax and earn money just by doing nothing. They are suddenly disappointed when they find out that they are not actually earning anything. These people will often badmouth the MLM business as a whole.

Unfortunately, their failures are their own doing. However, if you approach an MLM business with the right mindset you are definate to gain a great measure of financial success. And the key to obtaining financial success in the MLM business is duplication.

Duplication involves creating a downline organization that is growing. Every one in your downline organization should be able to create his or her own downline. This means that every single member of your team is able to sponsor other people in return.

If you can create a downline that is as successful as you are, then you are sure to have a downline that will continue to earn money and make you successful.

But how do you a accomplish this? Here are a few tips.

1. Recruit like-minded people. If you want your downline to be successful you have to find people who are hungry for success. If you recruit people who are lazy and are just in the business for a quick buck, then you are in serious trouble.

You are supposed to recruit people who are persistent and goal oriented-just like you. If you can recruit people who are just like you, then they in turn will go on to recruit people who are going to be successful. This will build a veritable gold mine of recruiting agents.

2. Help others to become successful. The key here is to build a downline where not only you are successful. Ensure that everyone and every single member of your team can succeed and can make money. If everyone can have success, they will be motivated to continue building on that downline you started.

Some people are unfortunately selfish and care for their own success. In MLM’s, this should not be the case. If you only care for your own success, you’ll find that your downline will steadily decrease since you are being selfish. Remember, in MLM’s, everyone success is your success. If they succeed you succeed.

3. Good personnel Management. Think of your downline as a valuable resource and not just an object just to make money. If you learn how to value every single member of your team, you are sure to have an organization that is capable of accomplishing a mission. Duplication depends on the mindset of each and every member of this team. They should have a mindset just like yours-eager and raring to build their own downline.

With proper duplication you can achieve success in your MLM business.

If you learn how to encourage others and how to spur them on towards success, you can build a strong organization, which effectively invigorates them with the energy needed to continue persevering in their MLM business.

Conclusion

Don’t be satisfied to just to be able to assemble a hodgepodge menagerie of recruits. Ensure that each team member is built for the kill. With this you have duplication in your downline. Eventually you can have success in your multilevel marketing business.
