Ya we’ve all heard that before! Wouldn’t it be nice to have a system that pumps people into your downline for free? The old something for nothing caper, beware! There do exist cost efficient, proven online systems to funnel hungry, qualified leads straight to your inbox, which you can then put into your downline. Not only are these system proven effective but also save you massive amounts of time and money! They are also the exact same systems the big dogs prancing around on stage in their $5000 suits use.

So how exactly do these systems work, what’s the minimal cost involved and why dothese systems beat all other traditional methods used in direct marketing hands down.

Guaranteed free mlm downline signups- you have to be cautious anytime you see the word free! Direct marketers have become quite savvy these days enticing you to sign up for a free e-book to capture your email, tel# and home address. Once you’re in the system they put your info through an auto responder that drips emails into your inbox on a timeline of every 3 days or so being the norm.

The email drips are completely automated and offer you advice, free information but above all their products/services they want you to purchase. This pre-sells you and qualifies the seller as an individual with expertise, someone you’re willing to invest in to hear what solution they have to your solve your problem with.

Now imagine for a moment having access to a similar system yourself. Hungry mlm’ers, frustrated that their dream downline didn’t magically produce itself within 90 days are looking for a better way. No surprise since 98% of all mlm’ers fail. This is due to unrealistic and archaic marketing methods like plastering cars with flyers and spending all day on the phone cold calling (you got into business in the first place to work less not more I hope).

So they are your market, let’s get that straight! Who better to market to than people who are already sold on mlm and ready to invest in an easier way to do business? I’m letting all my secrets out on this one, but its all good. MLM is great if done properly.

Now imagine these hungry mlm’ers downloading your report, which directs them straight to a sales page of an E-book for less than $100 that promises the end all to their worries. Regardless of weather the person buys or not you have already started to build your list or roster of mlm prospects you can now put in your auto responder drip.

But wait, it gets better than this! Imagine if they do decide to buy the E-book or product that means you get paid a commission for building your list of prospects to eventually introduce to your business and downline. So you are getting paid to harvest qualified guaranteed free mlm downline sign ups! Not right away perhaps, but somewhere down the road (within 3 months is the average time people stay with a single program before looking for greener pastures) they will come to you, and ask you how you are having success at putting between 5-15 people a month in your business each month.

Your only job is to advertise the system itself and let the web page do the selling. No more calling and pestering people to join! You collect cash for your time and effort to advertise the site when people decide to buy the E-book.

How can I set up a system like this you ask? It gets even better. You don’t have to. Use someone else’s system that is already in place and generating success for others. 1) You’ll never have to bug, pester or convince friends or family or anyone for that matter to join your business ever again.

2) You will harvest quality leads while you sleep, literally.

3) Some of these leads will PAY YOU to harvest them, instead of paying to buy leads (most of which are old and out of date or disconnected).

4) You make money regardless of weather people join you business or not.

5) Filter the serioso prospects from the bunch and build relationships with them (as an expert) who might one day follow you in whatever program you are building.

6) Offer a really great product that fills a huge need and helps mlm’ers including you.

In Step 1, “Laying Down a Track to Run On,” we talked about how to get your new distributor started the right way. In Step 2 “Being a Good MLM Sponsor,” we discussed how you should go over “The Rules” of your operation with your downline so they can develop the discipline to grow their (and YOUR!) business. In this, the third step of the series, we’ll discuss “Working Depth,” or making it too expensive for your downline to leave the business!”

Step 3 — Working Depth With Your MLM Downline

Working depth means sponsoring your downline when they sponsor their new distributors. It means assisting your business partners to help them get their downline (and YOURS!) started the right way.

Essentially, you’re taking the track that you’ve laid out for your downline to run on and getting them to pass that knowledge on to their personally sponsored distributors. Naturally, they’re going to need help helping others and that’s where you, as their sponsor, come in. This is the essence of network marketing, i.e. building relationships and helping others succeed.

How deep should you go? Theoretically, you only have to go down two levels, i.e. lay out the track for the people you enroll and for the people they enroll. If everyone follows that format, the method perpetuates itself.

In reality, however, not everyone is going to approach the business the same way. Some will work a their own pace (usually more slowly than you would like!), or will want to “tweak” the methodology to fit their style. So, don’t just think “one or two levels.” Realize that you can do this with EVERYONE in your downline that’s willing to be coached, whether you personally sponsored them or not. The downline pays the upline; if a new distributor enters your downline, and is willing to work to grow the business, why wouldn’t you work with them? They may not bring money to you directly, but they will bring it to you indirectly. Who pays the downline that pays you? Their downline. Your success depends on their success, so don’t be afraid to work deep into your organization.

Remember, one of your goals should be to make it too expensive for your downline to leave the business! If you don’t build builders, you’ll never acquire the lifestyle that can come from having a significant passive residual income stream.

In closing, let me reiterate something from Part 2 - you can’t change human nature. People will only do what they are willing to do. However, people can change themselves if they are willing to change. Being a good sponsor means showing your downline the benefits of (a) following a proven track, (b) being a good sponsor themselves, and (c) working depth.

When you work with your downline to create an independent network of builders, and help them to develop other builders who, in turn, develop more builders, you’ve found the winning formula.

One last thought: don’t take it personally if some of your downline distributors don’t turn into dynamic business builders. As long as you have done your part in educating them, you’ve done all you can do. You can’t build their business for them. While you can provide inspiration, they must provide the perspiration!

Work with your distributors; give them tasks to accomplish each time you contact them. But, that’s about all you can do. If they don’t want to build their business and be responsible for their own success, then you must spend your time on those who have earned it, i.e. those who are willing to take responsibility.

I am new to MLM marketing and I’ve been told that Stephen Smith is the MLM god. He apparently launched Excel Communications in the 1990’s.

Has anyone heard of Excel? Can you provide me with some advice for finding experienced MLM people to jumpstart my downline?

How does MLM marketing work? I was thinking about becoming a shaklee distributor, but I couldn’t find a sponsor who would answer all my questions & I can’t get a full grasp of how MLM marketing works. I don’t want to bother my friends and family. I want to know how to market to the “cold market” = everyone else. Besides marketing on websites mlm is hard for me to understand because 1 i have no loyalty to a certain brand 2. I never bought something from a catalog and 3. i never met someone that said, hey I found this new product try it here is my business card. So how does it work besides advertising in the news paper or on bulletin boards and random strangers? The only way i can think of it working is if you can get small business owners to market the products in there store. But the products are already expensive. If i was a retailer i would not market a product with only a 15% mark down. So how does this work? Who do you market too, How long does it take to build a downline?

So basically you don’t market to retailers or businesses, you just sell by chatting to people online and offline building business. How do you chat to people for your global business when you don’t speak the language?

Who can give me job to work in the internet which may fetch atleast $1000 permonth without any deposit or fees or front amount. No MLM or product selling or downline.
