I have signed up 11 people and have over 50 people in my downline, but I don’t get respected as a leader by those in my group? What gives?

I have told them I am making over 10 thousand dollars a month too, and still they don’t look up to me for business advice. I am able to sign up people left and right and never sell anything, so don’t you think I should be given the respect I deserve for building an MLM business?

Should it matter that these people had more success than me prior to joining? I am after all their UPLINE! Yeah, I don’t sell anything but I am building the business! What gives?
ikkie - its “advice” not “advise”. How can I respect the opinion of someone who can’t even spell. You only wish you had the income I am making from MLM.

I am making money hand over fist, in fact over $20,000 a month, but I happen to still live in my car because I CHOOSE to. Why would people not join my downline when I am making all this money just because I live in my car???

And yes, by MLM I am talking about Amway/Quixtar, Ditto-Delivery, Britt World Wide. Through my own research, I’ve concluded that the answer is a qualified “no.” Selling the products and being way down in someone else’s branch, no. If you’re willing to sell the dream to everyone you see and get them in your downline, then maybe yes. What do you think?
